I still wore combat shoes and tore off black jeans. But now I wear a Sisters of Mercy shirt, black lipstick and pointed leather collar. Some days, I would wear Ramones or throw in a pair of jeans covered in patches, from Pistols to Clash and from Bikini Kill to Joy Division. Because those are the Ghostface Unknown Killer Joy Division shirt bands I listen to now. I started listening to a mix of punk, deathrock, and goth. I would throw in some fish, put on dark eye makeup, and kick night and day. But if I need something more optimistic, it’s more like Dead Kennedys. Some days I will go with Specimens, taken somewhere between all. I became much more eclectic and much darker.
